Job Description : DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and coordinate promotional campaigns, including strategy, copy, and creative. Thoroughly critique layout/design, messaging, accuracy, corporate style adherence, and legal clearance of localized marketing pieces.
Support initiatives on GEM portal
Gather market intelligence and uncover information on Institute funding, tender opportunities in market and assist the sales team with the documentation on tendering process.
Optimize, edit and create content to support digital marketing initiatives Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience Integrate strategies and recommendations in WhatsApp. Build strong network and engage customers via WhatsApp.
Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and help with creating dashboards in MSCRM
Assist with day-to-day search marketing activities across multiple search engines (Google, Yahoo, MSN, Bing, etc.) and social media tools (Twitter, LinkedIn, WordPress, Facebook, etc.) including campaign planning and implementation, budget management, performance review, optimization and analysis
Handle Phenomenex India social media handle for LinkedIn.
Organize workshops onsite and virtual.
Facilitate direct marketing campaigns using internal databases (CRM) to identify member segments and target prospects for product offers.
Effectively communicate with the sales team on all upcoming marketing actions and programs.
Coordinate the direction of marketing actions and provide detailed mailing instructions to fulfillment groups.
Oversee budget for each activity. Track all marketing project spend on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis and monitor the return on investment (ROI) on every project completed.
Work closely with translation companies where translations apply.
Perform various other marketing duties as assigned, including but not limited to the development of customer surveys, collateral production and tracking, mailings, editing and proofreading, auditing orders to ensure promo coding accuracy, and general project management.
Provide administrative assistance with database maintenance, customer service related inquires, and literature inventory management.
