Job Description : Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Department: Sales
Reports to: Director of Sales
The Group Sales Coordinator supports the overall Group Sales efforts as they interface with all aspects of Camelback Resort (Group Room Sales; Catering and Social Event Sales; Group Waterpark Sales; and Winter Group Bookings (ie. Skiing, Snow Tubing, Etc.), In addition, the Group Sales Coordinator maintains and supports all aspects of fulfilling the reserved group process from account set up through day of visit support to pre and post event invoicing.
Responsibilities:
Support Sales Team through the execution and distribution of weekly and monthly reports
Support Sales Team through the generation of BEO’s where necessary and upsell catering services, room rentals and resort activities
Maintain Sales SOP’s in terms of database and internal process management
Assist in the booking and contracting of Day Groups into the resort’s waterparks and winter activities as needed
Maintain communication between Sales Office and other department of the resort as pertaining to in-house groups, their activities and needs
Coordinate all VIP arrivals, in-room amenities, VIP passes, and site inspections with the various departments of the resort on behalf of the sales team.
Prepare and coordinate the dissemination of meal vouchers, coupons, parking passes, etc. as they pertain to group purchases.
Must Have Personal Qualifications:
1+ years of customer service, sales or cash bag experience
Must be at least 18 years old
Must be highly organized and detail oriented individual
Proficient computer skills (office, excel and word)
Comfortable with juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Servant leader, self-starter and maximizes time
Works well in a collaborative, ‘one team’ environment
