Job Description : Junior Samples CoordinatorOur global Operations team make it possible for us to offer worldwide shipping to more than 180 countries, including same-day delivery to New York, London, and Milan, while providing a seamless shopping experience across mobile, tablet and desktop, with easy returns.We have 9 distributions centres and 11 Customer Care centres who work with in 11 different languages and are available 24/7, 365 days a year.Operations are now seeking a talented Junior Samples Coordinator to join the Operations team. Some of the essentials for you to know are:Location: Clifton, NJ **ON-SITE Position**Job Openings: 1 AvailableHours: (Monday- Friday) , 8:00 a.m.- 4 p.m.Besides a competitive salary, we can offer you: Performance bonus schemes dependent on the type of role you are inA pension that both you and the company contribute tooA portal with an array of discounts on things like theme park and cinema ticketsOur famous staff discount along with exclusive staff salesPrivate healthcare for you and your familyA chance to be part of a fun and caring team that support each otherHere is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:Manage the flow of merchandise throughout the studio ensuring all teams have needed productPartner with Production Coordinators on daily schedules to ensure reshoot product is at the appropriate sets based on set schedulesTrack the status of product and be able to locate it at any given point throughout the studioPerform daily reports to identify and return high sell-through stock back to the Distribution CenterRequest stock to upload and manage the multiple worklists to ensure deadlines are met.Liaise with Port Logistic Operation department to fulfill product requests from main inventory as per agreed service levels.Receive and unpack daily deliveries from the Warehouse and ensure the product is passed on as per the business service requirements.Responsible for the bag and tag for all sample returnPerform quality control in all sample return to ensure no discrepancy for future customer orders.Ensure sample and stock requests are received as orderedKeep sample closet organized at all timeAccording to agreed guidelines, service levels, and sell-through reports, identify and organize products to be reallocated back to the Warehouse.Maintain good working relations with your own team and other departments by communicating effectively.Assist the Merchandise Coordinator with our Daily Upload list for RTW and Accessories when needed itEnsure all codes are located to the right samplesEnsure no sample discrepancies are leading to multiplying requests of the stock unit.Monitor the performance of staff in the sample room area and feedback results to the Manager.Perform Audit by the end of yearUpkeep of Sample room and product inventory.The type of person we are looking for: Demonstrated experience in team working environment with the ability to work on own initiativeDegree educated or relevantExperience gained from dealing with logistics and inventoryExcellent communication skills and a good eye for detailDiscreet, professional, and well presentedExceptionally well organized and efficient, with a good dose of common senseExcellent work ethics and ability to multi-task.Service driven with proven ability to work to stringent deadlinesFrom the moment you join the YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP we are committed to making your journey with us inspirational and evolutionary.
