Job Description : Security Watchman – Beautiful Waikiki Condominium Property About usLiliuokalani Gardens at Waikiki is considered one of the most beautiful condo garden settings in Waikiki. The two 24-story towers contain 382 independently owned luxury apartments. The property amenities include, a pool & spa, two tennis courts, pavilion, sundeck, BBQs and spectacular award-winning gardens complete with a huge koi pond and also a 6-story parking garage. The property sits near the far Eastern corner of Waikiki in a quiet section just a short walk from the hustle-bustle and bus stops of the Waikiki commercial district of Kuhio and Kalakaua Avenues.We are seeking a Full Time In-house Security Watchperson . The job is to keep our Luxury Waikiki Condominium property, its residents and property – Safe and Secure and to assist our residents with various and diverse needs and requests as they arise. The job requires an aptitude for “customer service” since you will spend much time helping residents resolve issues such as helping them with various requests, questions or concerns.You will work in a pleasing environment around award-winning gardens on a beautiful property. You will work with other friendly and welcoming colleagues under fair, friendly and reasonable management. If an in-house security position, where you can form lasting relationships is what you seek, the this is a Great Opportunity at a Great Property.If you love to help others while sharing the Aloha Spirit and want to work in a beautiful setting, this job may be for you.
