Starting pay for this position is $17.70 which includes a monthly performance incentive.

Job Summary:
The Shipping Warehouse Associate position encompasses all shipping duties with a variety of potentially assigned tasks. Every Shipping Warehouse Associate is responsible for:
– the accurate accounting and responsible handling of goods
– safe operation of multiple powered and non-powered industrial equipment including order pickers, pallet jacks, stand-up and sit-down forklifts, hand trucks, stretch wrappers, and picking carts/racks
– maintaining high work standards measuring both quantity and quality of work performed
– accurate input and responsible use of the warehouse management system
– general housekeeping
– other duties as requested, assigned, or directed

– Ability to meet or exceed productivity and accuracy standards

– Good basic math skill
– Ability to work with limited supervision
– Ability to manage one’s own time effectively
– Ability to lift 50 pounds.
