Job Description : Fearless is seeking a passionate & savvy Social Media Marketing Content Creator who has extensive design skills ( Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign). You will level up the agency’s content creation & social media offerings and support client brand experiences. Fearless is a full-service interactive advertising consultancy. In 2007 it was estimated that people were exposed to 5,000 brand and marketing messages a day. This creates a massive amount of noise in-market and a considerable challenge for marketers to overcome. Fearless’ specialty is to get our clients above the noise. We solve perennial problems all brands and marketers face, our team is equally capable at lifting sales and generating long term growth.Success in the Social Media Marketing Content Creator role requires combining social media management aptitude with passion for content creation. Fearless operates social media campaigns promoting content that we create for our clients to drive traffic to client websites. We also operate more traditional paid and organic social media campaigns. This role is expected to bridge the gap in agency capabilities between content creation and content promotion. If you have enthusiasm about sports & can operate social media content creation, this role is for you.Day to day this role will be responsible for overseeing management of social media campaigns to ensure brand consistency. Facilitate scaling brand awareness through various social media channels. Work with clients and supervise partner teams to create and implement content & social media strategies monthly. Develop and manage content streams & calendars. Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology. It is a fully remote position. Our “work hours” are flexible with the understanding that team members be available while the majority of coworkers or client teams are “online” and you are meeting “goals”.We expect you to bring several years experience and knowledge of social media operations, a well developed writing style, and a willingness to teach others and learn new things. We are a lean, ever-evolving, client-results-oriented team who wear many hats to ensure the success of our clients and of our team.Responsibilities: Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers for our client accounts on social media platforms: Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.Develop a thorough understanding of client business objectives and operations to identify new subject matter and refine existing campaigns.Operate organic content creation on social media platforms.Oversee the creation and implementation of editorial calendars which includes monthly post quotas, content details & guidelines for team operations.Review target audiences, develop new ways to deliver brand messaging.Bring a strong understanding of marketing strategy, apply that in day-to-day work flows.Research industry-related topics, products, services & develop subject matter expertise in the following categories: Neurofeedback, Sports, Sports betting, Casino Gaming, Pharmaceutical B2B operations.Generate, edit publish and share daily content (original text, images, or video) that advances our clients business objectives.Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.Actively pursue deliverable quality across agency operations, troubleshoot/validate operations and bring resolution to issues.Stay current on latest trends in social media, advertising platforms, technology & and marketing tactics.Qualifications: Portfolio of creative work – Long-Form written content required, social media executions preferred, design & video work considered.Healthy Understanding of Sports (Football, NFL, NHL, NBA, Soccer)Sports Betting Understanding is Required.Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field strongly preferred.3+ years of social media brand management experience. (content, posting, analytics, campaign management).
