They are frequently featured in Vogue and beloved among stylists and editors worldwide.Like email marketing, social media works best as a customer advocacy tool, which prompts acquisition. With the range of social networks and the importance of relevant and consistent organic content, the Social Media Specialist is important. This role may also work with/integrate with PR and influencer outreach roles. This role ensures that the company builds strong communities and distributes results driven content.Responsibilities: Attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and network usersGenerate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take actionGrow followings across all relevant social media channelsEngage with followers and build community, respond to questions or complaintsBuild relationships with influencers and other companies in the same industryDrive traffic to new pieces of contentDrive traffic to evergreen contentLead social listeningOptimize user generated contentContinuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the informationQualifications: Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media SpecialistExcellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skillsDemonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledgeKnowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channelsPositive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational abilityFluency in EnglishBachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public RelationsBenefits: Our client values their employees’ time and efforts.
