Job Description : Job Description & Qualifications
Key responsibilities of this role would be:-
To initiate, apply major Changes in the On-prem infrastructure /Cloud .
Work with internal teams and vendor on technical solutions .
Need to improve Splunk environment, software/infra upgrade.
Work closely with Infrastructure, Application, Network, Security, and Business Intelligence teams getting data ingestion to Splunk.
Monitor and maintain Splunk performance, availability, and capacity
Create and maintain documentation related to architecture and operational processes for Splunk
Experience with integrating solutions in a multi-vendor environment, including on-prem & SaaS & Multi-cloud environments
Experience with enterprise-scale operations and maintenance environments
Strong technical, analytic and problem solving skills combined with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems.
Strong knowledge with the following technology: storage, servers, data centers and cloud
Troubleshoot Splunk platform and application issues, escalate the issue and work with Splunk support to resolve issue,
Onboard new data sources into Splunk, analyzed the data for anomalies and trends, and build dashboards highlighting key trends
Perform routine health checks, maintenance tasks, update, upgrade and implement new capability.
Monitor the agent and server infrastructure for capacity planning and optimization.
Enhance internal customer experience by improving self-service catalogue , provide trainings & automate.
Participate in projects ,roadshows, hackathons, conferences and present in internal and external events .
Guide and drive the team to handle incidents/requests and complete root cause analysis

Full Stack Development Experience with knowledge in Python
Version control (GIT) Experience
Jenkins / CI-CD Pipeline Experience
Everbridge Tool management experience for alerts
Education Qualifications
B.E., B.Tech., Diploma in Engineering, MCA
