Job Description : Brief Description: The Stimulation Technician, Level 1 is responsible for providing technical support to all customers and field personnel to obtain proper quality control and quality assurance.Detailed Description: · Complete the tasks assigned through the Stimulation Technician training program· While in training, work with the crew in a hands-on fashion· Attend internal fracturing technical school which will encompass technical topics related to the current phase of training· Collect sand weight slips and inventory sand, input into quality control (QC) sheet· Compare actual versus metered chemical volumes and adjust multipliers on chemical pumps as needed· Keep sand and additive inventory totals within 2% of the metered volume· Use modeling software for real‐time data acquisition, FRAC designs, and analysis· Calculate the amount of inventory required for the job and fill out load sheets for material truck· Setup and troubleshoot QC sheet· Track sand during the job and adjust sand factors as needed· Send stage emails and paperwork· Update job log and any non-productive time (NPT)· Ensure job is being pumped to design· Provide technical support to customer and Service Supervisor as needed· Represent the Company and our values with integrity while maintaining the highest ethical and legal standards with all interactions· Adhere to the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics· Perform other related duties as assignedJob Requirements: · Demonstrate the ability to work well with others, and work independently when required· Ability to operate and maintain equipment· Demonstrate clear communication skills including ability to read, write and speak English, and to promptly follow verbal and written directions in English along with the ability to establish and maintain effective rapport with all employees at different levels both in the office and in the field· Perform higher level algebraic calculations for job related purposes· Demonstrate excellent computer skills with focus on Microsoft Excel and field software· Possess strong organizational skills and multi‐task efficiently· Wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all designated times· Ability to safely navigate work sites with occasional walking, climbing, standing, stepping, etc., during normal operating conditions (day/night, outdoor hot/cold weather) and while utilizing designated personal protective equipment (PPE)· Must be able to pass Essential Functions Test (EFT) pre-employment physical· Must be able to work closely with others and under time‐sensitive deadlines including potential emergency response situations· Willing to work extended schedules that may include days or nights, as well as weekends and holidays in different weather conditions· Flexibility for business related travel for a majority of the time to other offices and work sites, occasionally requiring extended travel to remote locations and/or overnight stay(s) outside normal office areaMinimumQualifications: · High school diploma or GED certificate· Must have and maintain valid state-issued driver’s license, be eligible to drive a Company vehicle and meet the requirements of the Company’s vehicle program, policy and/or guidelinesPreferredQualifications: · Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) related field· 1+ years’ experience in fracturingJob Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 – $26.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceLife insuranceVision insuranceSchedule:12 hour shiftMonday to FridayOvertimeWeekend availabilityWork Location: On the road
