Job Description : Proficiency with Sabre – 4 year experience minimum.The ability to work remotely is essential, using the Internet to connect.Understanding fare rules and airline contracts, along with the ability to book flights, exchange tickets and execute all Sabre related formats and entries.Proficiency in building and updating Sabre Profiles.Proficiency with Microsoft office, Word and related programs.Booking hotels, ground transportation, tours, mileage tickets, FITs and all travel related needs.Creating full detailed itineraries for client trips.Knowledge of destinations and top hotels in each area.Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, high-volume environment, and to know how to prioritize and juggle multiple requests.Quality controlling ones work with attention to detail and checking for accuracy.Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while handling multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Advising clients of travel requirements such as documents, Visas, passport validity, health requirements, and other details for their travel.Responding to all inquiries in a prompt and timely manner.Ability to work as a team, and independently, from beginning to the end of each project.Regular and dependable attendance and punctuality.Being able to work Monday to Friday, 930am to 530pm, on a regular basis, although there may be times when the work load, or emergencies may require working outside of these hours.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: From $30.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftWeekend availabilityExperience:Airline SABRE ticket booking: 5 years (Required)Work Location: Multiple Locations
