Job Description : Visual Merchandiser About Juice Press: Juice Press (JP) was founded in 2010 with the vision of bringing a healthier platform to the market. JP is a leader in the wellness industry, pioneering innovation in plant based nutrition through an expansive USDA organic product line of nutrient dense smoothies, juices, soups, salads, healthy snacks and more at more than 85+ locations. JP launched an Online Market in 2020 and now offers home delivery of over 600+ products ranging from organic produce, homemade prepared meals, soups, clean meal plans, pantry essentials and more to NYC, Westchester, New Jersey, the Hamptons, Connecticut, and the Greater Boston Area. Most recently, we expanded our online market to offer Nationwide delivery. Visual Merchandising Role: JP is looking for an enthusiastic Visual Merchandiser to help execute the transition of our JP stores to walk-in mini markets and create a cohesive product display that marries a variety of products, brands, and packaging within a continuously growing product line. The goal is to use visual merchandising to increase sales, grab customer’s attention and to provide an excellent in-store journey. As a visual merchandiser, you will play an integral role in building the Juice Press brand, in pursuit of becoming the premier health and wellness destination. Responsibilities: · Define and implement a creative visual merchandising plan. · Travel store-to-store to strategize and implement product merchandising throughout all NYC locations · Work closely with the CEO and Creative Director to execute merchandising strategies and displays.· Create appealing and eye-catching product displays that maximize customer engagement and purchases, remaining consistent across all locations · Create and maintain plan-o-grams and direction to communicate merchandising plans with district managers. · Source, order, and coordinate distribution / implementation of merchandising materials including dividers, baskets, label holders, shelving units, and large fixtures. · Monitor costs and work within budget. · Coordinate scheduling and distribution of fixtures to stores, maintaining status updates and fixture/accessory inventory · Update in-store fixtures/signage to promote new product launches and reflect seasonal themes. · Support back of house organization and restocking strategy to ensure displays are continuously maintained and appear presentable. · Work with product team to facilitate presentation of new product rollouts, primarily focusing on merchandising directives. Qualifications: · At least 1-2 years work experience as a Visual Merchandiser or Visual Manager. · Ability to commute throughout NYC for store visits and product display setups/refreshes. · Ability to lift about 20lbs and climb ladder and/or use step stool. · Ability to assemble various small fixtures and merchandising displays · Knowledge of visual merchandising trends and best practices. · Innovative thinker and problem solver · Interpersonal skills and ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment. · Ability to manage multiple projects and store layouts simultaneously while adapting to frequent changes and updates. · Strong verbal and written communications skills. · Strong organizational and time management skills · Ability to communicate throughout different departments including store managers, front of house employees, and corporate team · Experience with food merchandising and working with a variety of materials, packaging styles, and storage requirements preferred. · Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools a plus.Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSupplemental Pay:Bonus payWork Location: Multiple Locations
