Position : Warehouse Associate – Order Processing & Fulfillment
Job Description : Intech is hiring a part-time associate to work in our warehouse to support processing and fulfillment of orders. We sell safety products Medical and Manufacturing Companies, Government. This part-time role will have a set weekly schedule.Responsibilities: Fulfillment of 10 orders per week, handling all aspects of order prep, packaging, and shipping in a timely manner. Accurately print order slips, create shipping labels, and schedule pick-ups.Handle shipping and receiving, including checking incoming and outgoing shipments against packing lists and insuring quality checking merchandise for damage, flaws, and irregularities.Maintain clean and organized and Shipping & Inventory storage areas. Conduct monthly inventory checks and assist in planning and ordering of supplies and shipping materials.Assist & update customers as needed on order statuses via phoneemailchat.Adhere to safety procedures regarding lifting and use of tools and equipment.Assist with other operational tasks as assigned.Qualifications: Previous experience in order fulfillment & shipping in a warehouse or distribution environment.Experience working with transportation documentation such as shipping labels, packing slips, bill of ladings, etc. Competency in eCommerce solution software. Computer proficiency (Microsoft) and ability to learn and adapt to new software.Quality-minded with strong attention to detail.Self-starter who can work with little daily supervision.Problem-solver with ability to prioritize and multi-taskStrong communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to read and interpret written work orders.Ability to lift heavy objects.Job Type: Part-timePay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hourBenefits:Flexible scheduleSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:Covid Vaccination.Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Order fulfillment: 1 year (Preferred)Shift availability:Day Shift (Required)Work Location: One location
