Job Description : Accounts Receivable Clerk (focus on Cash Entry)Monday-Friday8am-5pm (with 1 hour lunch break)Work full time in the Marlton NJ officeJob Responsibilities include, but not limited to:· Generate morning and afternoon payment reports· Enter daily invoice payments for Judge Group entities.· Work with the A/R Staff to determine correct payment application when Invoice numbers are not provided with payment.· Maintain a detailed record of cash posted· Assist in audit documentation gathering· Keep accurate records of payment backup.· Scan and index payment records into database and File the paperwork.· Timely dispose of any sensitive documents via shredderRequirements:· Minimum HS degree/some college or 1-2 years of related experience.· Strong time management, trouble shooting, problem solving, and math skills· Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.· Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.· Ability to utilize technology effectively as needed.Other Benefits:Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance offered401k Retirement Plan offeredJob Type: Full-timeSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWork Location: Multiple Locations
