Job Description : We are looking for a Cleaner to take clean our Airbnb units and Residential homes. The goal is to keep each unit and home clean and prepared to welcome new guests.ResponsibilitiesClean, stock, and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc)Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activitiesCarry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projectsNotify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairsMake adjustments and minor repairsStock and maintain supply roomsCooperate with the rest of the staffFollow all health and safety regulationsSkillsProven working experience as a cleanerAbility to handle heavy equipment and machineryKnowledge of cleaning chemicals and suppliesFamiliarity with Material Safety Data SheetsIntegrityHigh school degreeJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, ContractPay: $300.00 – $1,000.00 per weekSchedule:Monday to FridayWeekend availabilityWillingness to travel:25% (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations
