Check out our website at Aeropro.us!Several Open Full Time Positions:o Experienced Painters (minimum 1 year applying paint to metal surface)o Experienced prepperso Entry Level preppers >mask, sand, wash aircraft > learn to paint.o A_P Mechanicso GSE (Ground Service Equipment mechanics)o Avionicso Inspectorso Aircraft Interiors· PTO· Sick Pay· Competitive pay scale· Sign on bonus· Employee referral program· Paid on the job training· Increased pay to work on weekends· 4- day work week (10 hr. shifts)· Shift Differential (PM Shift, $1.00 ph.)· Promote from within, room to grow.· Free PPE equipment· Learn to operate equipment such as Boom Lifts and Scissor Lifts.· Work on Safe platforms unique to Aeropro.· 90 day and annual performance reviews.Duties & Responsibilities:Good Attendance, reliable transportation.Ensure work assigned is complete per customer and company requirements.Ensure all assigned work items and tasks have been worked to completion.Maintain work area in a clean and orderly manner.Be physically able to: perform masking, chemical paint removal, solvent cleaning, sanding, and paint procedures as well as other duties as assigned on large airframe aircraft.Able to wear full face respirators, coveralls and fall restraint equipment.Able to work overhead.Able to work at heights up to 50 ft. (harnessed)Must be able to lift 40 lbs.Able to pass a DOT drug and alcohol test.Able to work any shift on a rotating schedule (AM/PM shift, Overtime as needed).Able to present documentation to work in the US.We are looking for responsible, reliable, individuals with honesty and integrity.
