Actalent is hiring a Assistant Superintendent!
Description:
To provide daily assistance to the Superintendent in management and coordination of the worksite as well as the laborer’s on site. Assist in overseeing the day-to-day running of the projects. Ensures field procedures are being performed according to current operating procedures.
Assist in ensuring staff understands schedules, project documents, budget and project commitments.
Have weekly meetings with the foremen of the sites and coordinate laborer’s.
Assist Superintendents on multiple worksites.
Coordinate trades on the worksite.
Collect time cards and make sure all time cards and OT is put in.
GOALS RELATED TO COMPANY GROWTH:
1. Expand skills through additional education and promote company values understanding.
