Job Description : PARTS COUNTER ASSOCIATEKELLY AUTO GROUP – TOYOTA/ HYUNDAI HAMBURG, PA.UP TO $4,500 A MONTH.We are offering a $2,000 sign on bonus.Job Summary: Perform a variety of customer services, marketing/promoting/advertising, stocking duties related to the receiving/sale/delivery of parts/accessories that contribute to the efficient/safe/profitable operation of the dealerships parts department.Job Responsibilities/Duties: -sell products/services to repair the problem and meet customer needs-greet customers and answer phones in a courteous manner-maintain customers goodwill-assist in keeping parts department clean and orderly-record all sales/customer transactions-provide service technicians with parts as required-perform routine housekeeping and cleanliness of products in retail sales area-follow prescribed cash/credit/check processing procedures-process core/warranty/return merch as required at pint of sale-attend required training-use dealership equipment and resources safely and proficiently-perform tasks as required by Parts Manager-verify receiving documents-adhere to dealership guidelines in regard to dress-maintain merchandise knowledge-assist is handling customer complaints/concerns and correct the problem-treat customers fairly and with honesty-demonstrate a commitment to superior customer services and ethical business practicesJob Qualifications: -ability to speak and listen effectively-basic computer skills-high school diploma or GED-ability to multi task-good organizational skills-ability to work well with a teamCDK DMS a PLUSPhysical Demands: -tolerate noise level that is occasionally loud-use of both hands-ability to bend/stoop/crouch/reach and handle tools-lift in excess of 50lbs-tolerate occasional exposure to exhaust fumes or airborne particles-tolerate potential exposure to gasoline/battery acid/chemical cleaning materials/toxic materials commonly found in the motor vehicle service departmentBenefits: -health benefits-401kKelly Automotive Group is willing to train the right candidate.Job Type: Full-timePay: Salary plus CommissionAdditional Compensation:Store DiscountsOther formsWork Location:One locationBenefits:Health insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceRetirement planOtherSchedule:5 day work weeksWeekends requiredJob Type: Full-time”Work RemotelyNoJob Type: Full-timePay: $45,000.00 per yearWork Location: One location
