Job Description : Well established General Contractor, exclusive to the Wellington Equestrian Communities, seeking highly qualified candidates for Project Management and Superintendent positions.Pay will be based on level of experience. Benefits available.Candidates must possess the following in order to be considered:Minimum 5 years construction experience with proficiency in Estate homes and stables a plus.Strong communication skills.Ability to interact directly with exclusive clientele and resolve any concerns.Coordinate scheduling of vendors, suppliers, and sub-contractors to maintain an orderly and efficient job site.Knowledge of building codes and OSHA safety practices.Quality control.Ability to interact with Building Officials.Computer skills.Ability to do take offs.Please forward resume, which must include; education, work experience (past and current), any certifications obtained, and past employment history.Job Type: Full-timePay: $75,000.00 – $150,000.00 per yearSchedule:10 hour shift8 hour shiftOn callWeekend availabilityEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Project management: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
