Job Description : Position Summary: The Business Analyst will manage assigned projects by serving as a liaison between executive teams, internal departments and developers. The Business Analyst will collect data and review operations in an effort to improve systems and processes, collaborate with teams in setting priorities, communicating goals, and evaluating and refining project results.Essential Position Responsibilities: ·Collaborates with Executive team to thoroughly evaluate and understand current processes, information systems, technology capabilities and identify gaps in systems and processes.·Determines how changes to systems and processes will affect the business and systems.·Responds to inquiries and provides advice to Executive team regarding current and potential system inputs, processes, and outputs.·Provides recommendations regarding the evolution of the system and impact of proposed projects to Executive team.·Collaborate with Executive team to prioritize plans and timeframes, ensuring that Executive team and applicable internal departments understand the anticipated result.·Develops and communicates detailed specifications for implementation with developers.·Produces reports, timelines, and graphics to communicate expectations and progress to management, developers, customers, investors, and other relevant parties.·Maintains and ensures proper documentation and coordinates or performs testing of system modifications.·Collaborates with the Executive team to ensure the needs of the client have been met.·Researches and analyzes the nature, effect, and results of system difficulties.·Satisfies data sampling, project analysis, testing verification, and other user requests from existing client databases.·Acts as liaison with Information Technology and/or outside vendors to support relevant systems.·Maintains current understanding of industry standards, trends, and best practices through industry and other professional networks.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offTuition reimbursementVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:Masks are required for all unvaccinated employees or customers.
