Join a company of individuals with passion, commitment, drive and ambition, using and developing our talents for good at work, home and our communities. We have exceptional career opportunities for Commercial Alarm Monitoring Agents based out of our Irving, TX office (4221 W John Carpenter Freeway, Irving, TX 75063).A Commercial Alarm Monitoring Agent is responsible for monitoring and dispatching proper authorities for commercial business alarms as well as contacting appropriate responsible parties. This role is a pivotal part of our noble purpose to help save lives and is the first step in helping protect our customers when an alarm signal is received. A day in the life of a Commercial Alarm Monitoring Agent can look like:· Handling incoming alarm calls and placing outgoing calls to verify alarm activity, dispatching the proper authorities, and notifying responsible parties.· Paying attention to detail while documenting alarm handling procedures within the alarm screens.· Completing alarm processing in accordance with departmental procedures.· Providing alarm reset instructions and basic troubleshooting to customers during outbound alarm calls and inbound alarm call backs.· Receiving inbound calls related to alarm call back inquires.· Monitoring & responding to alarm signals sent by life-safety system and services and updating customer accounts· Providing technical support and troubleshooting devices across ADT systems.· Helping customers understand the ADT noble purpose and providing customer lifestyle solutions.· Coaching, team meetings or 1:1 development time to grow and develop your career at ADT.Compensation· We compensate based on customer service experience in the last 10 years· We offer shift, weekend, and Spanish differentialsStart Date and Schedule· This role will begin Monday, January 17th, 2022· This position has 2nd & 3rd shifts available:o 2nd shifts start between 2pm-5pmo 3rd shifts start between 10pm-11:30pmo One or BOTH weekend days may be required weeklyIMPORTANT: Candidate must be able to meet state and local licensing requirementsWhen you commit to us—we commit to you.
