Job Description : OVERVIEW: The Community Liaison (CL) will actively pursue new referrals, referral sources and visit/communicate with existing community partners. The CL will endeavor to promote our services, participate in community education and presentations, and work with internal team members in other departments. We are a non-smoking office.To learn more about us please visit our Career Site at https://takethejobchallenge.com/RESPONSIBILITIES: Schedule speaking engagements.Build brand awareness and create sales opportunities through networking in local communities.Individually closing sales opportunities.Present at external customer meetings and internal meetings.Communicate and negotiate using appropriate methods to help develop profitable business and sustainable relationships.Communicate internally about new opportunities, services issues and other issues that affect the daily business of a community relations liaison.Maintain all customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and internal liaison, to improve quality of service, business growth, and customer and satisfaction.Plan personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving our goals, including costs and sales – especially managing personal time and productivity.Meet sales goals.SKILLS: Action oriented professional with ability to identify opportunities, adapt to change, work independently and on a team and prioritize responsibilities and workload to meet deadlines.Knowledge of and ability to implement business development concepts and marketing strategies.Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.Self-starter with ability to work under minimal supervision.Strong self-organizational skills.Operate a computer to input and receive data as needed by job tasks.Knowledgeable and proficient with Google Business Suite, Adobe Sign, Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Excel.QUALIFICATIONS: Experience networking and interacting with groups of people.Ability to travel within geographic territory.COMPENSATION: $55-65,000 with equal bonus potentialHealth InsurancePaid holidaysPTO401k matchAPPLYING: When applying for this position please take 5 minutes to complete our survey at the link below as well (there are no wrong answers).
