Job Description : ResponsibilitiesCustomer Care Associate is responsible for the day to day management and operation of their assigned communityBe the first point of contact for end-user inquiries, and after sale issuesConduct Quality Walks and re-inspections with home buyersParticipate in the Orientation Tour process for smooth delivery of the home and the transitioning of the homeowner into the care of the Customer Care departmentRespond to homeowner’s requests for service/repair of items covered by warrantyReview and analyze customer warranty repair requests/claims to ensure compliance to warranty guidelinesSchedule and manage the corrective work performed by trades contractors and other general service and repair warranty that are not covered by trades contractor’s or manufacturer’s warrantiesAttend weekly site meetingsLog and update customer service requests in databaseUpdate and maintain a variety of reports for management and department’s usePerform other duties as set forth by Customer Care ManagerQualificationsMinimum 1-2 years experience in Customer ServiceGeneral understanding and knowledge of constructionCustomer Service focused, with excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skillsExperience managing multiple priorities, effective judgment, and time managementTeam player, strong interpersonal skillsAccuracy and attention to detailDemonstrate a high proficiency in using various applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel), and be familiar with email (MS Outlook) and internet applicationsA valid driver’s licenseJob Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountPaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payExperience:Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations
