Job Description : JPR Group is looking for candidates with strong Customer Service experience who live in Phoenix, Glendale or Peoria, AZ (Please do not apply if you don’t live in one of those cities)**This is 4 month contract and could be extended or lead to a permanent job**This is a remote work from home position at first but may require going into our clients office at some point in the future**Our client will provide all of the necessary equipment to work remoteHourly Rate is: $16JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:Job Summary: Delivers quality customer service to clients via phone, email, chat, and other avenuesFollows up on outstanding items to issue completion in compliance with established Service Level AgreementUses systems and software packages such as SalesforcePerforms data input, maintaining strong prioritization and organization and documents all client interactionsQualifications:High School Diploma required.A minimum of 1 year customer service experienceStrong data entry skillsStrong attention to detaiJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: Up to $22.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayEducation:High school or equivalent (Required)Experience:Customer service: 1 year (Required)Work Location: One location
