Position : Customer Success Coordinator
Job Description : Job Purpose The BuildOn Customer Success Coordinator works to ensure that our valued customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. They do this by overseeing and coordinating interactions between the customer’s team and BuildOn Technologies.They make certain that specific customer requests and issues are handled efficiently and accurately by the correct BuildOn Team, and that responses get back to the customer in a timely manner. Their goal is to maximize customer satisfaction and build customer loyalty by handling the responsibilities below.Primary Duties & Responsibilities Participate in recurring customer meetings (in person, phone, video call) to facilitate direct communications on customer requests or issuesCapture customer feedback, requests, and relevant issues from customer meetings to share with the appropriate BuildOn Solution TeamInteract daily with BuildOn Solution Teams to ensure timely completion of customer requests and to identify any possible impediments to the fulfillment of the requestsProvide daily updates to BuildOn customers on the status of request fulfillments via email or designated customer portalMonitor the BuildOn system to capture the range of requests and issues to assist BuildOn in the analysis of potential customer service and technology improvementsAssist with compiling and utilizing data for reporting needsQualifications & Required SkillsLeadership: Effectively lead and motivate the team toward successful completion of requestsTime Management: Establish a clear vision with the team to prioritize workflow and project deadlinesRisk Management: The ability to spot potential risks before they evolve into full-fledged issuesCommunication: Exceptional relationship building and communication skillsOrganization: Strong organizational skills and attention to detailTask Management: Experience with Trello or other project management softwareMicrosoft Office: Proficiency in Excel and Outlook required1-2 years Customer Service experience requiredKnowledge of the residential homebuilding industry a plusEducation: College Degree Preferred.
