Job Description : Customer Support Agent (Tier 2)MSC Cruises, the world’s third largest and fastest growing cruise line, is expanding its Contact Center and Customer Service Organization. As we continue to enjoy the re-emergence of the cruise industry, our contact center is hiring for multiple positions including opportunities for talented Customer Support Agents who play a critical role within our Contact Center team. The Customer Support Agent manages off-line requests from our Guests, Voyagers Club Members and our valued Travel Partners. You will be part of a fast-paced team that takes pride in driving results.Responsibilities: Processes off-line inquiries from Guests and Travel PartnersManages requests, verifies eligibility and awards special pricingMaintain accurate records of interactions in Siebel and DTSResearch and resolve ofcomplex inquiriesRespond to Guest and Travel Partners via phone and email while researching or communicating the completion of a service requestReports technical issues and submits suggestions for process improvement to ManagementMay assist with inbound telephone calls during peak timesOther duties as assigned by ManagementQualifications and Experience Required: Must have at least 2 years’ experience within a customer service, sales or contact center environmentExperience within the travel, cruise or hospitality industry preferredAbility to articulate clearly and professionally via written and oral communicationAble to multitask in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and possess basic computer skillsMust have an outgoing personality and ability to maintain a positive attitude and enthusiasm each and every day.Passion for excellent guest satisfactionJob Type: Full-timePay: From $17.00 per hourBenefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceWork from homeSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftNo nightsWeekend availabilitySupplemental Pay:Bonus payWork Location: One location
