In this role, you’ll work closely with the Marketing Designer to promote Centivo throughout the year, engage health plan members during open enrollment, maintain design tracking sheets and asset libraries, and support internal company design needs.We are a fast-growing healthcare company, focused on revolutionizing the healthcare space. We are looking for a candidate who values making a positive impact in the health benefits industry. As a designer, you’ll play an important role in using visual design to turn often overly complex health plan information into friendly communications.What you’ll do: Edit existing InDesign documentsUtilize templates to customize open enrollment and welcome materials for health plan membersDesign PowerPoint presentation slidesCreate social media imagesCollaborate with Marketing Designer on new creativeProvide design support for conferences and eventsProvide design support for e-blastsSource photosPhotoshop employee headshotsAssist with maintaining design asset librariesFulfill business card requestsLog design-related data in tracking sheetsRequired Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in design required2+ years design experience ideal, but recent college grads are welcome to applyAdept at working in Adobe InDesign, with an understanding of:Paragraph and character style panelsParent/child pages (formerly known as master pages)Interactive PDF featuresPrint file preparationCompetent in Adobe Illustrator and PhotoshopExperience working in PowerPoint or willingness to learnFamiliar with Word and ExcelIllustration and animation skillset desired, but not requiredWillingness to explore and brainstorm new creative ideasAbility to keep files organized and inner workings of documents “clean”Can handle quick-turnaround requestsLocation: This role can be based anywhere in the U.S.Salary range: $35/hourWho we are: Centivo is a new type of health plan for self-funded employers that is built to save 15 percent or more compared to traditional insurance carriers and is easy to use for employers and employees.Centivo’s mission is to bring lower cost, higher quality healthcare to the millions of working Americans who struggle to pay their healthcare bills.
