Position Summary: The Digital Communications Coordinator supports key communications activities for Hawai‘i Foodbank including social media; website management; email marketing; content management; content creation; internal and external communications; public relations; and multi-platform analytics.
This position is an integral member of the marketing and communications team. The Digital Communications Coordinator works closely with the Director of Marketing and Communications, as well as collaborates with all departments across the organization to fulfill strategic goals and key performance indicators. Specifically, the Digital Communications Coordinator will work to gather and develop content; increase social media engagement and growth, email lead generation, and website traffic; and strengthen Hawai‘i Foodbank’s brand identity and overall reputation.
The Coordinator stays abreast of trends and implements compelling digital communications initiatives, with creative and targeted content, to diverse audiences – including recipients, donors, volunteers, food partner agencies, community supporters and a variety of other stakeholders.
