We make it simpler.The Operations Director will be responsible for the execution of established strategies and the oversight of multiple Centers. The Operations Director will report to the VP of Operations and will work with the Site Leaders and Client Managers to consistently meet and exceed the Client’s goals and objectives and will provide overall leadership as it relates to business inputs such as goal setting, forecasting, communications, monitoring performance and developing strategies to address issues as well as process improvement. The Operations Director must demonstrate professional oral and written communication at all levels (Executive, Client, Direct Reports, and front line employees). Experience in and/or exposure to any of the following industries is highly sought after and beneficial: Call center management, Medicare, Healthcare, customer relationship management, professional services, consulting, business process outsourcing.Position Responsibilities:Develop Leadership Capability:Develop, coach, and mentor Site LeadersProvide oversight of Supervisor development and performanceLead direct reports in line with business succession planningConduct performance review to maximize performance and ensure that performance reviews are conducted in a timely manner for all employees under the assigned SitesManage direct reports in alignment with Company and Client policiesEnsure deliverables and deadlines are met on a consistent basisHold regular Client Manager meetings and participate in client meetings as requiredDrive Financial Outcomes:Understand all Client contracts and SOWs that are under the Sales & Service CentersDevelop and implement strategies that result in required sales performance and KPIs being met/exceededDeliver budgeted profit marginsPartner with WFM and HR leadership to ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained for hours of operation and that the staff is qualified and following established performance objectivesProvide the strategic direction on contact center-specific needs to other departmentsCreate overall incentive programs throughout the yearDeliver Sales & Service Excellence:Ensure that an effective quality monitoring program is established to drive customer satisfactionAnalyze outcomes on a daily/weekly/monthly basis & develop action plans to ensure optimal performance is deliveredExperience and ability to manage multiple contact center locationsPosition Qualifications:Possess a profound knowledge of company & Client systems and tools and play a major role in improving those systems which result in improved efficiencies and KPI’sCompetent in Microsoft Office suiteCall Center Management for a minimum of 5 yearsPeople Management for a minimum of 7 yearsSite Leadership experienceMedicare knowledge requiredCommercial Insurance knowledge preferredLife, Health, and Accident license preferredBenefits: * Health, Life, Vision, Dental, and ancillary benefits available after a 30-day waiting period. * Adoption assistance * Pet Insurance * PTO accumulation begins immediately upon hire. * 401K with company match eligibility begins after 6 months of tenure.Join the Connexion Point family!At cXp, at all levels, and across all departments, our success is driven by the strength of our people.We invest in our team’s human capital potential with mastery learning-based curriculum and facilitation, professional leadership development programs, licensing education programs, individual and group engagement metrics, and promote from within policies.At cXp, we are solution builders and problem solvers.Job Type: Full-timePay: $100,000.00 – $110,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayWeekend availabilitySupplemental Pay:Bonus payWork Location: Multiple Locations
