Position : Disney Vacation Club – Sales Coordinator
Job Description : As the DVC Sales Coordinator you will partner with area Leadership to complete administrative tasks relating to the Disney Vacation Club Sales Center Operations. You will work in collaboration with and support the Operations Leadership, Sales, and Advanced Sales Team in leading the Cast. You will maintain daily Ops sheets for payroll, attendance reconciliation, and Cast movement. You will also assign tasks, issue and audit daily sales incentives, and work within other areas of the Operation.
You will report to the Director of Sales.
Responsibilities :
Complete opening and closing checklists.
Maintain the model tour log and notify security partners.
Implement operational adjustments based on demand.
Monitor equipment and systems.
Notify appropriate departments or partners with any concerns.
Help with Guest situations and Guest service recovery.
Communicate operational concerns and suggest process improvements to Leadership.
Make decisions on behalf of the Operation and provide feedback, both positive and negative.
Schedule availability to include weekends, variable shifts and holidays.
Basic Qualifications :
High school degree or equivalent.
Former experience as a Manager, Coordinator, or Trainer.
Familiarity with the Disney Vacation Club product.
Have a valid California State driver’s license.
Manage conflict and resolution within the area.
Experience handling confidential information.
Comfortability driving an extended passenger van to pick up Guests scheduled to visit the preview center.
Proficiency in basic computer functions necessary to operate in a Windows environment and other technologies.
