Job Description : Lead, inspire, create, and team up with Jamba for a Healthy Whirl’d! Come experience Jamba and help us blend in the good! We are looking for a dedicated, dynamic, and committed District Manager (DM) to oversee 10+ stores and help lead our brand in Hawaii.The DM is responsible for directing the development, implementation, and on-going operational execution of store locations in a district to grow the brand. Provides leadership for the district to maintain focus on internal service, external service, and maximizing the potential of all Company stores while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.Primary responsibilities include:Leads and coaches management and monitors store performanceAchieves District quantitative objectives including sales, labor, COGS and shrinkage expense managementConducts regular store visits, completes the appropriate paperwork, and communicates the results as neededResponds to directives in an accurate and timely manner and ensures the same compliance from all stores in the DistrictResponsible for maintaining operational excellence and the ultimate customer service experience in each storeEnsures metrics and goals are maintained at an exceptional level and develops a Plan of Action for stores that are below standard, to bring them into alignmentOversees recruiting and training to ensure quality of staff and that scheduling guidelines are metIdentifies and develops store management and other personnel with potential for advancementCollaborates with members of the Support Center to ensure coordination, effective planning, and timely operation of storesEnsures the coordination and implementation of Marketing tactics and all product/menu offeringsProvides the direction and communication necessary to achieve sales results and operating plan goals for stores.Understands and communicates the company’s mission and objectives.Performing other duties, tasks and responsibilities as required, assigned, and directed.Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years progressive multi-unit food/retail operations management experience with experience in P&L, budget management, and labor/transaction forecasting. Proficient knowledge of computers and related Microsoft Office applications (Word processing, spreadsheets, databases) is required. BA/BS in Business or related field strongly preferred.This position requires the ability to accommodate a flexible schedule in a 24/7 environment with some travel as business needs require. Must have a valid driver’s license and use of a personal vehicle to travel to stores and other business locations approximately 85-90% of the time.
