Position : Event Presentation and Fan Experience Coordinator

Job Description : Job Duties:
Plan, coordinate and serve as on-site contact for Tostitos Championship Plaza and The Star District events including but not limited to: Movie nights, Corn hole tournaments, Car shows, Wine Walks, Market at The Star, Easter event, Trunk-or-treat event, District Anniversary, etc.
Collaborate with Ford Center and AT&T Stadium Operations Teams on logistics for fan engagement, partner hospitality, talent booking, ROS and partner activations surrounding the Draft Party, Training Camp, Open Practices, Cowboys Night and Watch Parties
Compile, compose, and publish event production notes, recaps, event diagrams, etc.
Proactively seek new opportunities and research trends across the entertainment industry to bring the best experience to the Dallas Cowboys fan base
Collaborate with Ford Center and AT&T Stadium Events Team in operational and experiential planning for Corporate Partnership events such as but not limited to: Golf Tournaments (2), Rookie Luncheon, Bank of America Football Camps (3), Miller Lite events (4), Monument Realty events (3), etc.
Plan and coordinate operational logistics for Training Camp in Oxnard, CA, and the Star in Frisco
Oxnard: 6-8 weeks onsite + preplanning meetings
Work with the City of Oxnard in conjunction with Football Operations staff to coordinate layout, vendor contracts, insurance requirements, vendor logistics, Fan engagement strategy and VIP Hospitality
Frisco:
Coordinate Fan Experience Plan, Layout and ROS with Ford Center Operations team, POC for vendors, sponsors, and talent
Coordinate Miller LiteHouse and AT&T Plaza experiences for game day and provide new ideas for fan engagement
Assist with coordination of Event Presentation logistical elements for Game Day including but not limited to: Game Day talent movements, talent contracts and credentialing
Assist in the preparation of budgets relative to assigned events and event operations
Ensure a safe, clean, and friendly environment for guests, participants, and staff
Other duties as deemed necessary by the Director and Manager of Event Presentation

Qualifications:
Minimum of 4-year College degree
1-3 years of event experience in the sports industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Works well under minimal supervision; ability to clearly define and execute tasks based on priority
Ability to simultaneously manage an elevated level of detail across multiple projects/events
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills both internally and externally
Strong problem solver, self-motivated, willing and able to take initiative on various projects and assignments
Must be available to work nights and weekends, as needed
