Job Description : The primary purpose of this position is to provides complex and confidential administrative support to the Foundation, Corporate Responsibility and Marketing Senior Leader/Directors/Managers as needed. This position ensures the efficiency of activities and support for effective corporate governance. This position also provides confidential coordination, communication and other administrative services to the DDCO Foundation Board, ensuring efficiency of activities and support for effective DDCOF Board governance.Key Responsibilities: Essential Duties:Provides cross-functional project leadership, management and/or coordination for a variety of Foundation and Foundation Board initiativesPlans, prioritizes and organizes a diversified workload using judgment and the ability to work independently and with othersPlan meeting and event logistics planning and administration: coordinates calendar, arranges meeting space and accommodations, makes appointments, manages schedules, coordinates catering, makes reservations and travel arrangements as needed, maintains invitee lists, coordinates gifts and activitiesPlans, coordinates and attends quarterly Board meetings and annual Board Retreat, including handling all issues regarding meeting space, hotels, rooms and meeting packets. Also accountable for minute taking, makes revisions, finalizes and distributes the minutes through the current Board PortalServes as a system administrator for Board software to ensure new Board members are onboarded correctly; ensures the information in the application is easily retrievedSupport the Foundation programs team by managing administration related to the Foundation grant database that may include processing payments, contracts, and reports.
