Position : Finance Controller
Job Description : Implement and continuously improve internal controls and processes to ensure accurate reporting financial statements of the Company. Assist in the preparation financial information in order to prepare accurate internal and external reporting packages in compliance with India GAAP and US GAAP. Prepare the monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts for the Sales & Service Organizations and report to global controllership team. Coordinate and review the account reconciliation of Water Quality India balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis Improve profitability/margin through monthly analysis of revenue, cost and inventory variances. Prepare analysis to improving Product mix, Pricing and discounts. Work closely with other finance function like AR, AP, Invoicing, Credit and Taxation functions Consolidation and reporting of budget for all the regions. Analyse spending trends, AR and inventory movement to provide recommendation for cost optimisation to improve margins. Ensure compliance under Direct and Indirect tax, Companies Act and secretarial matters. Work closely with the WG Global and Danaher India Corporate Finance teams to ensure upkeep of the highest financial integrity standards while conducting business. Ensure compliance requirements for all internal and external stakeholders. Prepare MIS and reporting in Oracle and HFM Work with Oracle IT team on improvement of ERP systems
