Share with our guests the beauty, history and culture of Hawai’i!This is a dynamic position where you’ll engage guests, colleagues, and community with the aloha spirit and genuine hospitality!The guest experience ambassador is responsible for providing exceptional service by anticipating the guests’ needs during their time at Kualoa. From the moment our visitors arrive at Kualoa, you’ll greet them warmly and help them navigate the check-in process. You’ll work closely with other internal departments to ensure guests needs, special requests, and complaint resolutions are met and services followed through. You’ll also help guests find their way around our facilities and field questions about general info, processes and procedures, as well as timing, availability, pricing, and restrictions for the various tours and experiences offered by Kualoa.High school diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years’ customer service experience, preferably within the hospitality industry. Exceptional communication skills, a positive attitude and proactive mindset. Ability to multi-task and problem-solve to address any concerns or complaints from guests. Must be able to interact with hundreds of guests daily and strongly portray the Aloha Spirit. Experience and knowledge of Hawaiian culture and traditions is preferred. Must be energetic, enthusiastic and comfortable speaking in front of large groups of guests. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, etc. Open availability to include weekends and holidays.Qualified applicants will currently live on Oahu and will be asked to complete a formal application and interview in person for immediate hire.We are located on the Windward coast of O’ahu.
