Job Description : You’ll love this job if you excel at coming up with creative solutions to technical issues. Robert Half is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to accommodate field users in an ever-changing, active environment. This may be the Help Desk Analyst position for you, if you have strong problem-solving skills and a passion for making effective change within an organization. This Help Desk Analyst role is a 100% Remote opportunity with the shift being 9am-6pm Monday through Friday. Seeking someone with both Windows and Mac experience. What you get to do every single day
Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical
issues
Contribute IT support for productivity software, operating
systems, and a variety of other applications used internally
Reply and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via
phone, email, and walk-ups
Pinpoint recurring technical issues and present solutions to
address the root of the problems
Background in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications
Solid understanding of Microsoft Office 365
1 year of Windows and Mac OS experience
Demonstrated knowledge of user administration and bug fixing
in a client server environment
Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions
Good understanding of IT support ticketing systems
