Job Description : Calling Leads to Set Appointments for Real Estate AgentsThe Brokerage House real estate agency is seeking Appointment Schedulers who will be responsible for contacting homeowners who have already expressed an interest in selling their homes but have not been able to sell yet. You will find out their wants and needs and present information that will be relevant and beneficial for their individual situation. You will then ask homeowners to accept a meeting with one of our Real Estate Agents to see if we can help them in the home-selling process.Candidate will be working closing appointments for high ticket luxury homes in Orange County, Seattle, WA, Miami, FL, and more.ExpectationsMake outbound calls to home owners who have expressed an interest in selling their home.Goal is to schedule a time for one of our Award Winning Brokers to meet with homeowners at their residence to discuss selling their home!Pay is hourly with lucrative and uncapped commissions. You’re paid on appointments set and appointments that turn into listings (sales).
