Job Description : Basic Purpose and Responsibility:The former Chairman of the Board for a large real estate company is looking for an Personal Assistant/House Manager to handle his day to day affairs.JOB SUMMARY· Provides a wide-range of day-to-day personal administrative assistance· Creates and maintains a filing system· Coordinates and schedules appointments· Handles travel arrangements, both business and personal.· Processes payment of bills (both business and personal)· Documents and records financial transactions. Assists Bookkeeper with reconciliation of business and personal bank accounts.· Handle personal shopping, returns, and other miscellaneous errands.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:· Must be proficient with technology, experience with Microsoft Outlook, Google, and Apple Products· Basic home IT skills needed, such as troubleshooting technology and devices (iPhone, iPad)· Ability to prioritize and multitask· Detail oriented.· Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with internal and external customers and colleagues.· Ability to communicate professionally both in oral and written fashion.· Ability to maintain confidentiality and operate with discretion in relation to personal, private and business matters.· Licensed Notary Public a plus.Job Type: Part-timePay: Up to $30.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):Are you able to work part-time (between 20 to 30 hours per week)?Education:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:executive personal assistance: 5 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
