Job Description : Our client is a Top Tier technology manufacturer of advanced server, storage, and networking solutions for Data Center, Cloud Computing, Enterprise IT, and more.They are among the fastest growing technology firms in the region.The companies unprecedented expansion has provided the opportunity to offer a large number of new positions to the technology community and they seek talented, passionate, and committed engineers, technologists, and business leaders to join us.Our client is looking for a results-oriented Senior Human Resources professional.As a (Sr.) HR Director, you will be partnering with management and cross-functional leaders to advise on best practices and contributing to the design, implementation, administration and governance of compensation & benefit programs.In addition this position will provide education, coaching and support to Management teams so they can guide their line managers.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Design and guide practices for job evaluations, market matching, pay decisions and governance with a mind for creative solutions and integration of market trends and fit for purpose practicesLead all compensation initiatives, in particular the strategy and execution of job leveling, salary surveys, conducting an overarching compensation analysis and updating compensation structure for all positionsPartnering with the Talent Acquisition team to compile additional data intelligence to supplement other market dataPartnering with the Director, HR Business Partners and Finance on compensation budgets and planned Talent reviewsManaging relationships and projects with external partners, consultants and vendors as it relates to compensation and benefitsPartners with key stakeholders to develop and deliver short-and long-term strategic recommendations to ensure benefit programs are cost effective, competitive and flexible to meet the needs of a diverse workforce, while in compliance with all legal requirementsBeing responsible to take initiative and drive total rewards programs and ensure the compensation philosophy is align with company’s mission and valueQualifications: Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources field with at least 5 years in a technology related business.
