Job Description : We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Recruiting Director to ensure that the recruiting department is able to keep up with the needs of our growth. You will be responsible for working with the team to organize the openings and oversee the recruiting process.The goal is to ensure that the team is keeping communication high with the hiring manager’s whilst actively looking for candidates and keeping the pipeline going. If you have experience running a recruiting that is an added advantage. Must be able to multi-task various projects as well as delegate to the appropriate team members.
