If so, we would love for you to apply for our HR Assistant position!What You’ll Need: 2-3 years’ experience working in a business office setting or administrative assistant/secretary position.Strong computer skills with proficiency in using various software and application programs, candidates may be asked to complete a skills assessment through the Workforce Center.Ability to work Monday-Friday during regular business hours.*What You’ll Do: *Provide administrative support for the Human Resources team in supporting interested candidates, employees, leaders, and visitors.Performs customer service functions by representing the team at the front office, greeting employees and visitors and answering questions, and responding to requests.Assist with new hire process, ensuring they are complete and ready for orientation.Creates ID badges for new hires as well as replacement badges.Completes reports for department, leaders, and payroll.Assists with the processing of personnel changes, ensuring updates to other employment tracking systems.Follows up with leaders as necessary to ensure accuracy and timeliness of paperwork.Represents department on various organizational committees*We Take Care of Our People*As the largest employer in the San Luis Valley, we commit to providing our employees with quality and affordable benefits to complement a fulfilling work experience and help balance life experiences and needs.
