Position : Human Resources Education & Development Coordinator
Job Description : Are you interested in working for a company that makes a difference? If so, Keystone Human Services has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Education and Development Coordinator to support the incredible work we do.
The HR Education and Development Coordinator is responsible for coordinating HR education and development programs and processes. This position is responsible for scheduling education sessions, creating and maintaining training manuals and materials to accompany these sessions and providing administrative support to the department.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedules education sessions, maintains calendar of educational events
Maintains rosters and tracks attendance at educational events
Assists in creating procedure manuals, guides and course materials
Maintain inventory of all course materials and ensure adequate materials are on hand for participants of
education sessions
Researches new and innovative education methods, technologies, and programs
Assist in development of education and training programs to fulfill specific needs to maintain or improve job
skills
Maintains records of education and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments,
and retraining requirements
Distributes assessments and surveys to solicit feedback on sessions; compiles the results for presentation
Organizes, facilitates and orders supplies for employee development and training events
Maintains licensures and certificates as needed for employees; distributes education certificates as
applicable
Maintains a thorough knowledge of all personnel, division, organization and regulatory policies and
procedures
Tracks and maintains all training documentation and supplies
Maintains employee education records and files and ensures that all data entry is current
Issues education reports and records as necessary
Requirements:
High school diploma required. Some Post-secondary education in Human Resources preferred.
Minimum of two years’ experience with general administrative or clerical duties; preferably within a Human
Resources department.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software, ability to learn new programs
Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods
Valid driver’s license and daily access to privately maintained and insured vehicle
