Job Description : Human Resources Manager, (Denver, CO)LRE Water provides consulting services related to planning, managing, and developing water supplies at a high level of technical excellence that is also professional, ethical, and profitable.We are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager with 10+ years of experience who will oversee and manage our people strategies, functions, programs, and processes. He/she will be responsible for all functional areas of human resources such as compensation, benefits, employment, talent management, training and development, coaching, employee relations, and policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations. In addition, the Human Resources Manager will provide direction and support for the Office Administrator. This individual will be based primarily in our Denver, CO office with the option of a hybrid work from home schedule.Job Description: Accountable for strategic talent management including recruitment, orientation, on-boarding, retention and engagement, within the context of the business needs.Management of compensation strategy, including annual updates and promotions, completing and integrating data from salary surveys, and making recommendations in support of market trends and adjustments.Collaborate with and support business unit leaders, and partner with the leadership team to help facilitate organizational strategies and activities for the development of people, skills and culture.Provide coaching to staff regarding professional development goals, performance expectations, and interpersonal issues. Serve as an objective resource for employee relations issues.Design and facilitate employee engagement programs, reward programs, and employee recognition including company-wide events.Lead the performance management process, including regular completion of performance evaluations and development plans.Responsible for benefits strategy, management, and facilitation of health and retirement benefits, including contract negotiations, annual audits and compliance requirements. LRE also distributes bonuses and 401k contributions based on annual company profitability. LRE reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted salary range depending on experience. Employer paid benefits increase total compensation by approximately 20%. Additionally, LRE supports training and professional development activities for all staff and offers discretionary bonus opportunities as recognition for performance, earning a professional credential, speaking engagements or publication.
