The client coordinator will work with the immigration team to help streamline immigration intakes of clients from our Queens and Manhattan offices. In addition to coordinating meetings, data entry, and file maintenance, the immigration client coordinator will support the team with scheduling, compiling documents, corresponding with clients, and other support as needed, and will involve direct client work. Additional responsibilities include:

Enter all client data into the database accurately
Initiate and follow up on requests for records, including travel to NYC courthouses, hospitals, clinics and other agencies

Assist the immigration team with preparing for immigration appointments, case preparation and management
Maintain database of referrals to CFR’s immigration practice

Candidates who are bilingual in Spanish or other languages are strongly encouraged to apply.
