Accountable for managing recruitment process and position closures on-time for the assigned BUs / Sections within defined quality, quantity, SLAs and cost
Expertise in handling profile sourcing (especially thru social media hiring), quality of doing HR interviews with high passion, perseverance and commitment, salary negotiations, market intelligence, ability to convince the candidate to join Bosch / RBEI on-time, Bosch branding, reduce offer declines with strategic approach aligning with business needs
Develops and Leads hiring plan discussions with hiring managers and business partners and support HRL-TA / TAMs
Develop and Implement recruitment strategy, refine strategy dynamically based on the business needs
Meeting the hiring targets within the defined SLAs
Experience in volume and niche skills hiring with high speed
Understanding of market intelligence of various technical skills inline with RBEI hiring needs
Is able to drive the execution of innovative ways of finding talent in the market
Responsible for optimizing recruiting costs
Responsible for optimal staffing within team during peak loads and lean hiring cycles
Monitors key SLAs/KPIs pertaining to recruitment
Drive analytics and is able to derive meaningful insights based on recruitment data
Responsible for continuous improvements in processes and IT for recruitment
Collaborates well with relevant stakeholders and give timely reports to all concern
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Good team player who got hands on work experience in handling IT – Software & Engineering hiring, Hunger for hiring / No’s
Ability to connect to stake holders and Collaborative teams in a professional way
Qualifications
Any Post Graduation
Additional Information
Will be on Direct Contract Rolls for 1yr dureation
