Should be able to source data from the various job portals.
Should have minimum 1 years of sourcing and screening experience, preferably with a Staffing organization.
Should be good in MS Excel and presentation.
Should have good communication skills in both written and verbal.
Responsibilities
Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates from effective usage of Job Portals, social networking, Job Postings etc).
Screening candidate as per required details.
Scheduling interviews at the client location.
Mapping the Resumes against the Requirement and Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds.
