Job Description : We are hiring!Sunbelt Marketing located in Austell, GA is always looking to expand our team with talented professionals who are ready to take their careers to the next level. As one of the largest and most successful privately held manufacturers’ representatives, we distribute plumbing, piping, and HVAC/R products to traditional wholesalers within our industry.Currently, Sunbelt is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide software and system support for end users. Successful candidates will perform maintenance, installations, upgrades, and other technical duties associated with the support of IT applications, workstations, and servers.Essential Functions:Respond to end user requests for technical support through Help Desk tickets, email, or phone with ability to escalate as needed and provide updates to team regarding recurring issuesSet up new workstations, computers, or printers as neededDiagnose and submit service orders for RF devices (handheld scanners)Maintain, repair, or submit service orders for printersPrepare customer reports as neededCollaborate with team to assist with IT related tasksPerform other related duties as assigned by IT managerQualifications:Minimum of 1 year of computer technical support experienceAbove average knowledge of Windows operating system and Microsoft Office productsDemonstrated experience setting up network printersKnowledge and experience with SQL preferred, but not requiredMust have ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyProven organizational and excellent people skills necessaryOutstanding Benefits, including:Health, Dental, Vision, Life & DisabilityVacation & PTO LeaveESOP / 401K OptionsSunbelt Marketing is an Equal Opportunity Employer – EOE M/F/D/VJob Type: Full-timePay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceEmployee assistance programHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offRetirement planVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftWork Location: One location
