Job Description : We are looking for a Janitor, or custodian, to take care of our building and carry out cleaning duties. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition. We also service vacation rentals, offices, and residences.ResponsibilitiesClean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activitiesCarry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projectsNotify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairsMake adjustments and minor repairsStock and maintain supply roomsCooperate with the rest of the staffFollow all health and safety regulationsSkillsKnowledge of cleaning chemicals and suppliesFamiliarity with Material Safety Data SheetsIntegrity and ability to work independentlyJob Type: Part-timePay: $111.00 – $1,111.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftHolidaysMonday to FridayOn callWeekend availabilitySupplemental Pay:Bonus payTipsEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations
