Job Description : Full Time LIVE IN DALLAS TX, actually Rockwall, Texas about 25 mins from downtown Dallas. Considered one of the top 5 places to live in the US.High profile family is looking for a full time average of 50 hours a week, nanny. Some weeks will be more and some less. Scheduled to be arranged a week in advance. Two kids ages 3&4Mom works mostly Fri- Sunday and otherwise is typically involved in the daily life of the children. Dad works mostly on the road and is gone for long stretches of time. The ideal nanny will be patient, caring, self motivated, engaged with the children and willing to be the mom’s right hand assistant. They are really looking for a nanny who will become part of their family. The children follow a homeschool curriculum. Teaching experience is a plus but not necessary. A lot of the learning is hands-on through various field trips and activities. Additional responsibilities might include; dog care, running errands, light cooking, light cleaning and organizing. The family is rooted in Christian values and runs a very organized and structured household that allows for plenty of time for travel and fun! This position would be best suited for someone who can read a room and compose themselves appropriately given a high profile audience on occasion. Compensation: Offering up to 70K a year with a 5K end of year bonus. Salaried W2 position. Private room and bathroom in separate area of the house. Family is in the beginning stages of adding an above garage apartment for the nanny but it is not completed yet.Family travels domestically often. All accommodations included while traveling. $200 monthly health insurance stipend offered. 4 weeks paid vacation annually. Family car available while on duty. Starting May 1st but willing to wait for the right candidate. Multiple year commitmentCandidate must be able to pass a background check, obtain CPR certification, and have 3 excellent references.
