Job Description : The ideal candidate will be responsible leading an effective marketing strategy to propel company growth. You will work cross-functionally to understand marketing needs, act as a company brand ambassador to external sources, and drive revenue growth through successful marketing campaigns.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and track performance marketing performance metricsDirects, develops and implements the organizations social media, advertising, and promotional activities.Develops and manages marketing calendar and campaign schedule for products, new launches, collaborations, seasonal promotions, including set-up, delivery, performance and reporting across all digital and social channels; collaborate with team to ensure alignment on website and e-commerce platform.Analyzes target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches.Identifies new market segments that will benefit from company products.Prepares effective advertising campaigns based on market research.Collaborates with ownership to develop growth plans for the organization.Responsible for oversight of content creation and execution for social media platforms – Feed posts, IG Story, IGTV, YouTubeWork with digital media team for content creation (including client ring videos, IG posts, IGTV)Analyze data and develop insights, identify trend, and implement optimizations across multiple channels.Manage paid Ad campaigns, SEO, and email campaigns with assistant from marketing team and third party companies.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent 3-4 years of relevant experienceExcellent leadership and communication skillsFluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Social Media Platforms (Instagram, TikTok,YouTube,Pintrest etc.)Job Type: Full-timePay: From $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)Brand Strategists: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
