We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly organized, relationship-driven individual to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator. This person will be responsible for supporting advertising planning and gathering data on campaign, maintaining marketing collateral inventory, writing and proofing ad copy, artwork production, acting as a liaison with multiple vendors and supporting franchisee marketing requests.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions include but are not limited to the following:Generate reports and audit marketing and advertising activity for all centers.Provide support with all digital and traditional media campaigns and marketing initiatives.Support departmental and center requests for projects and consultation as needed.Assist with writing and proofing marketing communication, collateral, and presentations.Act as a liaison to traffic the production of all artwork and graphic requests.Manage marketing inventory held by vendors.Assist customer service specialists with lead response and live chat.Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)Adaptable and able to pivot focus quickly and multi-task.Ability to work effectively within a team, as well as independently.Ability to build strong relationships and work cross-functionally within the organization and department.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong time management and prioritization skills.High level of organization and attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Note, TEAMS), SharePoint and social applications such as Facebook and Instagram.Associate or Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred.Prefer 2 years experience in a professional setting.
